We were genuinely humbled to be invited to lead a session at Zentral for Money Matters Forum members. The session was a hands-on journey into mindfulness and practical techniques to prevent burnout, something many of us in high-pressure industries can deeply relate to. It was a refreshing reminder of the importance of pausing, recalibrating, and prioritizing mental well-being, especially in this fast-paced world.

During our time together, our CEO Zhanna shared how many of us struggle with stress related to the past and future. We have introduced pranayama (breath work) as a simple yet effective way to help us become more aware of our emotions and thoughts, which can lead to a more positive mindset. We explored some techniques related to pranayama, mindfulness, Ayurveda, and living a yogic lifestyle in our modern world, all aimed at enhancing our well-being and productivity.
